Fantastic breakfast portion for the prices, was fast and delicious, friendly service. Husband says gravy was just “a little bland from what he is used to”. I liked the sliced potatoes. Essentially zero complaints and would gladly go again if we are ever back in the area. And if you need a shot in your coffee in the morning this also the place for you .
Great burgers and breakfast food on our way through Kentucky. Amanda was our server and she was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I will ask for her table the next time we stop in. Great choice when traveling.
Had the most amazing breakfast. Terrific wait staff. Truly a special place. My Uber driver said best breakfast in town, and he was completely spot on. So glad I gave them a try. You won't be disappointed
Came here around noon and it was very slow. Not a lot of people inside so service was extremely fast. Decided today we would have the Jalapeno Poppers which were good but not very spicy. They took the seeds out of the peppers to tone them down a bit. It came with cheese on the inside along with the poppers so it was still very good. My wife ordered the Pulled Pork Plate. For the price you pay (11.00) you get what you pay for. She said it was good except she wishes there was more! Along with that she had the hush puppies as a side which took us by surprise when we noticed it had corn on the inside. We absolutely loved this as all hush puppies in Texas are made this way. We prefer these ones over the hush puppies at say Cookout. I myself ordered the Double Bacon Cheese Burger. In my honest opinion, it was a very good burger. I did not expect it to be as big as it was. Sadly, I had to take a take a to go container because of the size. My only regret is wishing I could have ate the entire thing. While we were here extra staff was cleaning to ensure cleanliness by sweeping and wiping down tables. You can tell they at least like their jobs as the waitresses and kitchen staff could be heard laughing and having a good time. Overall this spot is fantastic and wish it was open longer than 5AM - 2PM daily. I could see this being a fantastic dinner spot especially during football season. We will be coming back in the future to try more of the menu.
Wow! What an amazing place to eat and the breakfast is out of this world! Oh my GOODNESS GOOD! A Amazing atmosphere and the staff are super kind and courteous. My hat off to the cook as well.. again just WOW!
Have eaten breakfast at Doug's on several occasions when staying in Bowling Green. Great food and coffee. Only suggestion, waitresses need to be more friendly.
This is the kind of place the locals come to and don’t tell anyone about to keep it to themselves. The food was great. The bacon...WOW! The prices were pretty cheap too. If I lived in the area, I would be eating here a lot. Amazing place.
Great place for a great breakfast and drinks. Alcohol isn’t served until 10am but the delicious food helps out until the bar is open. I tried the All American breakfast and I was completely satisfied. Next time I’m in Bowling Green I will visit!!!
